The food at this hotel was really good and the rooms were very cozy. The location was perfect and it was easy to get to the nearby attractions. We really enjoyed the indoor spa facilities which were relaxing and inviting.
The staff was not very helpful or friendly which really put a damper on our stay. the rooms were not very clean and had a musty smell.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, close to a lake and only a short drive from the city. the spa facilities are well-designed and create a relaxing atmosphere. the food is a standout, with excellent dishes and great value for money.
The service at the restaurant was slow, with long waits between dishes and no drink orders taken. Some areas of the hotel could use some maintenance, such as vacuuming common spaces and watering dying plants.
